Meet the instructors


Kru Dara


Kru Dara began her yoga journey late in life and practices mindful yoga as a moving meditation, using the practice as a skillful tool for aging with comfort and grace. Now in her 70’s, she continues to study, as well as teach. Her main influences come from the Iyengar and Anusara yoga traditions and the teachings of Thich Nhat Hahn, and she is currently exploring a passion for somatic movement and the Feldenkrais method.


KRU NEW


Kru New yoga teaching technique puts emphasis on correct muscle usage, alignment, and proper breathing. Yoga posture adjustments are made to better fit an individual's body capabilities. This teaching approach helps to guide a student toward a healthier, both physically and mentally, lifestyle at a comfortable pace


Kru Siri


Sirirat Yamkham (Siri) initially trained as a teacher with Lanna Yoga in Chiangmai, Thailand. In 2014, she completed the Yin and Yang yoga teacher training with Simon Low and the UK’s Yoga Academy at Samahita on Koh Samui. The internationally renowned Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary and Holistic Spa in Samui until she began teaching in Chiangmai where she now takes private classes and teaches in highly-regarded yoga studios in this vibrant city. She focuses on encouraging and guiding her students to practice yoga in a safe and skillful environment.
